Did you know that even the smart people forget their password? Or sometimes they forget their user name. This also happened to me in the past and it's not pretty good.
For some reason, due to our multiple activities in the cyber world, we create multiple email accounts and of course, multiple passwords. Out of five accounts that you have created, you will remember at least three perfect emails or an average of two.
To avoid forgetting, you can consider doing some of the things I will mention below.
Make a list of your active emails by page in your choice of notebook. Set a page for each website. Each page will contain the following;
Title of the website
Email
Password
User name
Keep the remaining space below for your next schedule of changing your password. It's advised to change your passwords regularly, say monthly, especially if you're using public computers or those that are connected generally in the office building. There's a possibility that your account is detected.
If you're using a single email but multiple passwords in different websites, you can also try a page like this;
Domain email
As you set up your pages, the front page must contain your domain email. Use a separate email for your business only, personal, and dating. It should look like this;
- Page - Glassware Inc.
- example.com
- *********
- Bizz
Or something like this - Page - Glassware Inc. - example.com - ******** - Bizz
You can make multiple emails for your business if you're trading international, say by countries. If local, by region. For a business transaction, it's better if you have just one email. Easier to remember and to access wherever you are.
Same is true for your personal and dating websites. Don't mix them with your business emails. Tracking your cyber world in the name of business and love in an organized manner is a true big help.
Password creation
Hackers are everywhere and we all know that. I'm always prompt when I log into my gmail account by a verification number sent to my mobile. Almost all websites have this verification style nowadays to protect people from hackers. If you choose this type of setting, a bit annoying and long, you're sure protected.
Passwords provide the first line of defense against unauthorized access to your computer or mobile phones. The stronger your password, the more protected your computer or mobile will be from hackers and malicious software. You should make sure you have strong passwords for all accounts on your computer. If you're using a corporate network, your network administrator might require you to use a strong password.
A strong password -
is at least eight characters long.
Does not contain your user name, real name, or company name.
Does not contain a complete word.
Is significantly different from previous passwords.
Contains characters from each of the following four categories:

A password might meet all the criteria above and still be a weak password. For example, Hello2U! meets all the criteria for a strong password listed above, but is still weak because it contains a complete word. H3ll0 2 U! is a stronger alternative because it replaces some of the letters in the complete word with numbers and also includes spaces.
You must write down your password in order to remember it, make sure you don't label it as your password, and keep it in a safe place.
