Hi there! Today I'm so inspired to share some sweet ideas about setting up a home office. Do you already have? Oh good then.

We take some work home, for some reason. There are also those who work at home by running their own business online. Because of this, it's a smart thing to set up a simple but organized home office.
I'm sure by now, everything's set up considering the room temperature, ventilation. lighting and privacy (noise).
Do you have these?
It doesn't have to be big just a medium or small size will do. Could be made of cork or cardboard, dress it up a bit then post it on the wall near your computer table. It's a piece of simple bulletin where you can pin all your schedules, bills, cute photos and to-do-lists. It's a big help to remind you of the important events too, like birthdays, party, meeting or travel plans.
Do you have these?
1. External speakers
A pair of multimedia speakers for your desktop or laptop that disable the lower fidelity built-in speaker. They often have a low-power internal amplifier. Some computer displays have rather basic speakers built-in but laptops have integrated speakers. Restricted space available in laptops means these speakers usually produce low-quality sound. So by using a pair of speakers, it will give you a good quality sound when on YouTube, checking on audio spelling or when chatting.
2. Bulletin board

3. Folders

If your computer table has drawers, you can set them as your keepers for files, accessories, cables, notepads, chargers and USB.
Folders, however, play a significant role in keeping hardcopies. It's always the best to keep copies of all your works in your computer, USB and folders. At some point, when computers become unresponsive and something went wrong, you may lose all your works. Folders must have a copy of your monthly bill payments too.
4. A mini potted plant

Adding a green touch to your workplace gives a friendly and welcoming feeling of really being at home. Growing live plants can help clean the air - the home pollutants. They also reduce stress, psychologically, they have a soothing effect to our brain. Keeping a plant at your desk has loads of wellness and health benefits. Keep a green environment on your mind.
5. Table lamp

It's something like this, adjustable, handy, and slim. This adds to your eye's comfort for proper task lighting which is important for computer works. Just like how the fluorescent lamp overhead reduces the glare of radiation coming from the television screen, the computer lamp does the same. It reduces the color contrast of computer monitors.
Too bright computer screens can cause eye fatigue quickly. Try it in moderation.
6. Organizer

For a quick-pick of pens, pencils and a ruler. Your computer table must be free from too many disturbances of little things.
7. Trash bin

Keep your home office tidy by having a clean trash bin. This item must be a separated personal bin for your home office. Strictly for used papers and other home office supplies only. Food leftovers can attract insects and may cause unpleasant smell.
8. Clock

Your choice of size, design and style. Be it a wall clock or a table clock is okay. If you have a shelf you can put a small clock on it. Time is important to be monitored even if you're in your own home.
9. Spare shelf or trolley

Just in case your computer table has no drawers you may want to have one of this. Use the top for your coffee cup or glass of water. It's advised not to place any liquids beside or near a computer. Accidents always happen, especially if your table is small. Having an end table is the best place for your coffee. Organize your cable wires, other USB portable devices, CD's in separate boxes and put them here on spare spaces of your end table or trolley.
Now that everything's set up, enjoy working or playing your games in your home office. Remember to clean, unclutter your table and water your potted plant regularly.
Have a sweet day!

It's a man's thing to be messy all the time. I don't know why but it's like that. Good tips!
