"Some people say being sweet is boring and not fun at all. I think it's better to be sweet than a sour person"

Hello gorgeous!
Sweetness is not about the chocolate, cake and candy that we eat. It's about your attitude.
Did you know that women are sweet? It doesn't matter how old you are, it's about a MUST have sweetness factor that all women should possess. Sad fact is, most women are aging and missing the factors of being sweet because they're too tight in focusing on problems, worries, pains, money and relationships. These pitfalls draw us down, women.
Let me help you, my sweet friend, to discover more about yourself. Which of these is you?
Smile
From the old song of Frank Sinatra, "Smile, though your heart is breaking. Smile, even though it's aching." It's a beautiful song to remind us people that a smile is powerful. It costs nothing and yet, too difficult to express. Carry along with you a smile and give it away as free as a bird. It helps you mentally and emotionally it uplifts your soul. When you smile to people, whoever they are and to those close to you, it brightens their day. Smile defies age, they won't even notice but your grace and sweet smile.
Independent
This is not about being alone but being with yourself, knowing your privacy, your personal matters and strong as an individual. You have time to pamper yourself, go for a spa or massage. Be with your friends or sleep for full self-recovery. You simply love yourself, and that will reflect in your personality. A sweet woman is not clingy or needy. She knows what to do, how to decide with logical thinking. She can be happy even if alone. How much more if she's loved? She's the happiest woman on earth!
Cool
Don't react. I know what you're thinking. Just calm down. I know how it is to be a woman, am I not? But this is a built-in icebox in our heads, just like how laptops have built-in speakers.
A sweet woman can keep her temper in control. She won't blast in public or manifest horrible anger in front of the many. She's simply held together because she knows the proper time to speak and to manage her composure. She sees the other woman, she ignores knowing she's the queen anyway. She sees the mounting bills, she gives out a deep sigh knowing how to budget next time. Her husband was late last night, she won't nag but wait for tomorrow to talk in peace.
To be cool is tough. But we NEED this. When bad situations attack, like in my case, I went out of my track and blurted out my anger fuelled by the negative people in the background. That was ugly I admit, but it doesn't mean I'm not sweet, it made me sweeter.
Things can go wrong but, a sweet person will always be sweet. She will always stand for her rights and she will always be kind by heart.
Looks
The natural you, without make up or lipstick, but how come some people still recognize you as sweet?
Part of being a woman, always take good care of your looks regardless of age (again). Your bearing, how you carry yourself, even if you're not in a fancy dress but you walk gracefully. Your way of dressing can tell who you are. Sometimes, you're ready for work, but there's something wrong with your style today and you can feel it. Follow your intuition. How you feel about your dress for the day will always reflect in you. So be in those clothes where you're most comfortable but with a style.
Put on your favorite shade of make up and lipstick, make yourself beautiful, nothing is wrong with that. Just not too much. A sweet woman is beautiful inside out.
Graceful
In her words, in her friendship, in her company and with her lifestyle, a sweet woman must be graceful. She has a touch of kindness in her heart. She listens and respects other people's rights. She's never aggressive and impolite. She's humble and calm. She doesn't flirt or is desperate of attention. She's just contented of what she's got. She shares what she has and is never selfish.
Forgiving
How difficult it is to let go - I certainly know that. But we NEED to work on this. Truly tough but we have to practice now. Accept that everything happens for a reason and nothing is perfect. Accept that people change and promises are broken any time. Forgive yourself for the chances you have missed and for the things you have done.
Just tell yourself, that nobody is perfect.
Stay as sweet as you are!
Love,
Sofia Ann
