Sweet Changes

"Change will not come if we wait for some other person or wait for some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek"

We all have a story. I believe, we all have gone through something that has changed us in a way that we could never go back to who we once were. This kind of change is inevitable, including the things or people around you. Our body, possessions, relationships are all impermanent. Sometimes, even if we have control on little things, what we need to internalize doesn't need to be controlled. This is life.

Not everything that's faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it's faced. While we choose sleeping and dreaming, we will not be able to achieve what we want in life because we believe things happen through miracles. Miracles happen, when you start putting an action to your dreams.

Opportunities come, but many people fail to achieve total happiness because they are not grateful enough for what they have right now. Being a great person doesn't mean winning all the time. Losing is a learning experience, it's not a stop sign. Our greatest struggles develop our greatest strengths.

In the end, we are not what we have done, but what we have overcome - all the pain, all the mistakes, all the rejections, all the hardships. After all, ask yourself, "am I still the same?".

Pay as much attention to the changes that are working positively in your life as you do to those changes that are giving you troubles. Appreciate the positive unexpected than the negative outcome of the expected. A priceless new beginning sometimes always occurs at the point you thought would be the end of everything.

Live simply. Love generously. Speak truthfully. Work diligently. Let go and let what's meant to be.

A sweet change in us, would be our greatest gift for ourselves this Christmas.

Love,
